Design CANOPEN/CAN Bus Project, Data Transxiever

I am excellent in embedded design & programming using pic, dspic controllers and MATLAB codding for Power projects, Boot loaders, CAN communication, EEprom. UART , Protocols for networking, wi-Fi routers, Electrical vehicles and AC drives, stepper motor controls. I designed sine wave inverters for standalone and grid tie Inverters. Hai Good Day.... We have done similar project for a Singapore based company. that was for monitoring the water level from canals. it has connectivity to amazon web server(AWS) with TLS1.2 security and the levels are monitored using GSM technology and device powered with 12V battery, we have also considered the power consumption of the device and it's standby power consumption is 20mA, it is in field right now. We have also experience in CAN interface,Zigbee,WiFi,Bluetooth etc. we can also connect to servers other than AWS. Please share some more information about the project for more clarity. Is it all the sensor's in a tunnel are connected with same CAN bus, if yes we won't be requiring number of OSB's. all sensor's data in a single CAN bus can be collected with a single CAN Analyzer. if not we will have to have number of OSB's. what will be the power source available for OSB's? Does it have to self powered with battery or external power? What do you mean by Simulate the network? we can discuss further and come to the conclusion for the budget. We do the designs from IDEA to PRODUCT.

Hi! I have fairly good experience with embedded systems and have designed several devices that make full fledged use of digital and analog electronics. I also have hands on experience with system on chips (SoC) that can cut down the project development time by many folds and also ensure the best in class signal integrity. I have experience with MCU chips with in built CANBUS drivers. Eg: CY8C4247AXI-M485 I have good knowledge of circuit design and PCB layout. I have worked on a similar project like this. The project was about acquiring data from environmental sensors such as temperature, humidity, CO2, light etc., that were located in a remote green house. The acquired data was then processed and transmitted to an IP server using GSM link. The controller chip was a SoC built around ARM M0 processor. Appropriate buffers were used to attain communication distance up to 250 feet between the sensors and the data acquisition PCB. ( Longer cable lengths are possible) A few major aspects of the project need more clarification, such as: (1) Does each OSB need to connect individually to the internet or do several OSBs connect to a "master acquisition board" which is connected to the internet. (2) Is internet connection wired or wireless such as WiFi/GSM? I would be happy to work on this project. Please let me know a few more details. Regards Mrinal Mani
