Hi I done a lot of webscrapper with java selenium. Its good because its act like it clicking and scrolling like a human. I can solve automated capcha for you. ( its make some extra cost 4k captcha / 5 eur ). I can save it into database or excel. If database I can give you the full program with acces to capcha solver and you only need set the database connnection and it will do the magic for you anytime :). Hi. I was checking instagram API I don't see that you can access a list of users. I think the only good idea would be to search media by different areas and find the users who posted that media. Then check how many followers that user has. It would take awhile. But this way we could collect good chunk of data.
