Create a droid app:
1. Users will be able download the app from the Google play store
2. Upon downloading each user will voluntarily enter information into their profile
3. Each user's app will have a feed that is updated daily with a notification written and sent by the administrator
4. Once the notification is available to the user, the user will open the message then close once finished reading
5. The message will remain in the feed once closed and will be available for reopening
5. The administrator will receive feedback showing the number of each notifications that have been viewed
6. After 30 days on the feed the notification will automatically expire, it may be beneficial for the notification on the feed to have a 'days remaining countdown'
7. There will also be a graph with a formula representative of the number of messages read
8. The app will also have standard settings sections for the administrator to host Terms and Conditions and a Privacy Policy
9. The iphone version of the app will be available for reference and to help explain the project, available on request during bidding
10. There is a major time constraint on this development. If you bid and comitt to certain time but deliver the product late I will cancel the milestone and choose a different developer
