Hi,
We are a new company providing preventative health care to the resources industry. One of the services we provide is evaluating employees health and happiness on a 6 monthly basis.
We are looking for someone to view our survey results and produce a report on the health and happiness status of the company's employees. In the case where that client has been with us for more than 6 months we would like the previous results to be compared with current result to show trends, improvements, areas of interest etc. It would be great if we could somehow give an overall health score with each report.
What we are looking for right now is an example of what you could do for us (you can make up results or I can generate random sample data) and cost estimations for reports like I described for hiring you in the future. e.g. Will it take you the same amount of time/cost to generate a report for 100 employees/survey results vs 1000 employees/results?
I have attached the survey we are using with the questions that we would like reporting on.
