Database creation and updating of existing data

We need to update and consolidate our Australian veterinary clinic database and create one of NZ clinics. This project has three phases. 1. Create microsoft access database with the existing data imported and a few fields added for reporting ability. This database will need fields to match existing spreadsheet. Namely business name, address, phone, fax, email, website. It will need fields created for email info and fax info. Allowing us to generate a report on clinics who want to receive information. 2. Update and add to existing data - although we have a large database of clinic details already, it needs to be checked for accuracy and then edited as necessary. We also need clinics added if they are not in our database already. This will be based on the Australian white/yellowpages, as well as search engine searching where necessary to find websites and email addresses. 3. Create the same and populate it with information on New Zealand veterinary clinics.
