Data Input CVS, Excel + Descriptons, Sizes etc.

Lingerie / Adult toy website data input & Copy paste info needed from Suppliers & other websites. We have the basics on an excel speadsheet Code, Colours avail & sizes (on one line of the together), stock price, retail price. Approx 525 items to be compiled, some items have multiple colours which are required on a seprate line with the product code this could be over 1000 lines of data.( As long as basic description on the CSV for each code is generic without mentioning colour same description can be used for each matching code with diff colour). We have the basic XLS setup which requires (unless stated otherwise): A=Code (needs to have a D at beginning of all codes + needs to be be 4 digit number (so if its a 1 then needs to show 0001,, B=URL (Automated/same all the time), C= code with jpg (automated from other fields), D= Colour (every code if has more than 1 colour goes on a seperate line, if colour is Black & White it is entered BlackWhite (capitals at beginning of each diff colour no space)), E=Code w/colour(automated from other fields), F= Product title (sourced from suppliers website/ permission has been granted), G=HTML code of description (sourced from suppliers website) including collection title of product included. H= Price(given on orignal XLS), I= RRP (Left blank), J= Catagory (needs to be put in to match the item entered, list of 17 options given), K= Stock enabled (all marked N), L= Brand (All Dreamgirls), M= Supplier Cost (given on Origianl XLS), N= Sizes available (shown on the origianl XLS but mixed on one line with colours avail, all sizes need to be seperated with a comma ie. S-M, L-XL, XL-2X within that tab/column.) Part of what we have been given has codes ending with X this is for the larger sizes this is only relivant to us within the code number the X is with as it means sizes can be added to that product line. Sample "This is what we have been given to work with" and the Outcome on the second sample: "project outcome needed". Have uploaded 2x sample CSV files to show what I have & what is then required outcome for the website. Suppliers website doesnt have a seach facility so going through the listings in order is more work as you have to go into each section & update the information to the numbers given, I have made a request for a simple search bar to be place on the site. There are a number of other sites selling this lingerie & the same information if not very simular can be found. Having a basic idea of what lingerie is called what is ness as a catagory needs to be entered into each line. I am looking at $150 limit on this work, it's somewhat time consuming grabbing the info, hence I'm looking for someone to do the work for me. Many thanks for bidders having a go.
