Data Entry Personnel needed - Repost

We need someone who can locate and transfer information into a website from various internet sources. The information to be transferred will include names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc. Each entry must then be examined to confirm it shows a Google map on the address. We are also looking for photos, rules, etc. that must be uploaded in the proper format.
The position requires excellent English and computer skills and the accuracy and speed are extremely important. Some of the information may have to be obtained by telephone and unaccented English is a factor in the decision for at least a part of the job.
The ability to use Skype and email for assignments is likewise important.
The successful applicant(s)will be involved in an ongoing project for several months, likely starting with just a few hours a week until I see how you are working out.
However, work that has mistakes will not be accepted or paid! I prefer a little less speed for a lot more accuracy!

Please explain why you think you would be a good candidate, your rate per hour, and any references that you have. I want a response particular to this ad, so if you use a canned, form response you will not be considered again because it means you aren't following directions and the ability to do so is an important part of this job.
This is a simple data entry job, once understood, and a low hourly rate is a factor I will consider. All pay will be through this website or PayPal.
