I am very interested to work with project because the skills and experiences of the project fit very well with my education background, previous job experience and career interests.
Proposed approach and methodology for sales and customer support to my Country Tanzania:
1. Sales-deliverable.
Approaches:
*Review the TOR as per agreement; Review product details which include price policy, product description and quality.
* Review my country policy and requirement for the products in collaboration with my employer
* Undertake all registration/ legal requirement if required for the products to supplied in my country
*Conduct feasibility study to assess the existing agricultural products, assess their strength and weakness
* Prepare sales plan and M&E Plan
* Prepare Sales Tools in collaboration with my employer
* Liaise with my employer for review and final approval of sales plan, tools and M&E Plan.
2. Customer support-deliverable.
Approaches:
*Review and design or localize the customer support plan and implementation tools
* Conduct customer satisfaction mini survey to collect feedback for further improvement
Techniques:- Engage and lobby with the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Trade, Agricultural Organizations and other agriculture actors in Tanzania. Also, i will engage with farmers and their associations as well agricultural financial institutions to secure opportunity for selling our products.
