I am looking for someone to create a spreadsheet of all of the United States-based 4x4 clubs. The clubs I'm interested in are listed on these 4 web sites:

Duplicates are to be avoided, so if a club is listed on multiple web sites it should only be entered into the spread sheet once.
Prepare spreadsheet with the following columns:
1. Club name*
2. address*
3. city*
4. state*
5. zip*
6. contact 1 name*
7. contact 1 email*
8. contact 1 phone
9. contact 2 name
10. contact 2 email
11. contact 2 phone
12. web site url*
Columns with and asterisk (*) are very important. Please make every effort to populate these columns.
The spreadsheet is to be delivered in any of the following formats:
1. Microsoft Excel 2000
2. Open Office
3. CSV
