The definition of the project is to get a raw data excel file of prospects, and further development It. it requires cleansing and verifying before it gets to a point where we can efficiently run an effective appt setting campaign from it. The project scope: • Compete entries without any company names –We can't prospect to individuals and we need to identify companies to target. • The Email Addresses need validating and in a lot of cases discovering. There are many @hotmail/ @gmail/ @aol email addresses which are consumer emails or personal emails and we can't prospect. A lot of the emails will not be accurate so a lot of work needs to be done to verify emails that are already there. • Companies need to be built out fully, tel. numbers, office addresses, websites and look over their management pages and identify decision makers and add them to the right prospect account.
