Daily flash game addition to website

I'm looking for someone to add 1 flash game per day to my website.
I am too busy to add a game to my website each day, but I need to keep it updated. The game should preferably be taken from Newgrounds top submissions from the previous day, but occasionally recent mochi games would be acceptable as well.
Every day, a game should be added to my site using a submission form. Every 3 or 4 days the 'featured' games would have to be updated, which is the same as adding the daily game, except on that day the 'featured' check-box would be selected when adding the game and a 275 x 275 px screenshot should be provided.
Every day, you would need to:
Download the .swf file for the highest rated game (not movie) from Newground's top submissions of the previous day
Obtain a 100 x 100 px thumbnail for the game (jpg or png)
Upload the game with a UNIQUE 3-5 sentence description about the game (Command of the English language a must)
Every 3 or 4 days - Upload a 275 x 275 px screenshot to accompany that day's game.
Send an email to confirm a game is added for that day.
I'm looking for high quality games, especially for the featured games.
All in all once you understand how this goes it should take about 5 minutes a day. Budget is $30 monthly, payable at the end of each month.
