We need an Access Database (2007 or greater) to be able to track physician and physician group performance. There will be manual data entry, importing of data, and data feeds. We will want to be able to attached documents also in the database. We will need be able to run reports by physician, group, and measure. We want parameter drop downs to run reports by group and physician. We will want to be able to select multiple groups and physicians at a time. Also we will want to be able to select date ranges.
We will need to be able to change measures, add physicians and groups. Logos in each report will change with the group also – see attached sample report. If that is not possible then we will need the physician group name on the report and we can use our corporate logo instead of each individual group. For reporting purposes we will want to be able to enter goals and be able to change them as needed. We will also want the data on the report to turn green when meeting the goal. Some measures are better lower and others are better higher.
