Create a database for email marketing

Hello, We have a new freelancing website similar to Freelancer and we would like to create a database of potential clients. The database created will be used for targeted email marketing with the objective of increasing the number of paying clients on the site. Details about the site will be provided to successful applicants. The following is what is expected; - Research and identify individuals and companies who are likely to welcome the services of an affordable freelancing website. These people must have posted at least one project online on any freelancing site and successfully followed it up till the end. - Create an excel sheet containing the names and email contacts of the people mentioned above. it is also vital to include a link to a project that the people in the database have posted before on any freelancing sites as proof that they exist and may need our services. Where possible, include a link to their websites. Additional bonuses will be given for website links. The initial project is for 100 entries. More of the same work will be available to successfull individuals since we intend to continue building this database over time. The first milestone will only be created after the successful delivery of at least 10 entries in the format prescribed. Please feel free to ask for more details.
