I seek several people with a high attention to detail and after reading over the requirements a desire to want to work directly with me and independently. I am looking for someone who will help me become more efficient as my primary goal. This is a permanent position. If you have the skills required and would like to have steady stable work we should find out if this will be a good fit. I need multi-task data entry assistant, with a lot of copy-pasting. You must be able to work with Remote Desktop, have high speed internet, computer and be able to be focused with the task at hand while on the clock. Software that will be needed includes but is not limited to: • Spreadsheet program excel • Internet explorer or firefox (with a very high degree of ability) • An HTML WYSIWYG editor to layout content • Remote desktop • Google documents Experience with posting to wordpress or drupal a big plus but not a requirement This job currently has two parts 1. receive email with log of chat room put chat room log into excel and remove unwanted information and format data divide the log into parts based on length (for example each part will be 50 rows ) Post each part into the forum one by one 2. copy data from url based on date paste data into an excel spreadsheet to filter and remove unwanted data copy two cells of a row of data from spreadsheet starting with the top row paste data into website form and submit check and verify the website displayed data looks correct and adjust as needed, and write in log any errors found New data is created everyday so this project is available to someone for as long as they wish. At first, someone can expect to receive about 10-12 hours for the first week and once supervision is no longer needed 20-40 hours per week depending on the quality of work. training will be at 9pm Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5) and will likely take three or four sessions for about an hour or two each. After training there will be a lot more flexibility in what time the work is done (likely the person can pick the time that is best for them) Rate of pay during training and for the first 30 days is $2 per hour. After the first 30 day trial period the pay is $3 per hour.
