For each conference, the following needs to be identified as a must:
- Sector/topic
- Geographic location
- Conference date
- Abstract submission date
- whether accepted presenters attend for free, get paid or must pay
- event organiser (organisation and ideally a specific person to contact), with contact details
- how to submit abstract
- whether inagural or has been held before; whether regular or one-off
- size of conference
- Cost to attend
- if the event has been held before, the make-up of attendees (titles, organisations and industry, to account for 80% of attendees), to give us a sense of whether they are potential buyers or not. E.g. "30% of attendees were facilities managers within universities; 20% were deans of university faculties; etc."
