Collect mobile telephone tariffs in excel - Dutch/German speaker only - repost

I am looking for someone to gather publicly available information about a specific kind of mobile telephone tariff, from the phone companies’ websites, and then to put that information into a specific spreadsheet format. I will send you an example of the spreadsheet and a detailed brief describing how to put the information into the format. You must be fluent in either German or Dutch (but can read the other) to bid for this project. You will visit the website of the companies to find the information required and then put it in a spreadsheet in the required format. I want the information for 11 mobile phone companies in Austria, Germany and Netherlands. If bidding, please demonstrate your fluency in both Dutch/German and English.
