We need a customer representative for fashion garment online store on Molotk.ru.
You must be Russian resident.
All of your work will be managed in our online application, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Replay customer emails.
-Track payments in online banking system and assign them to customer.
-Translate addresses from Russian to English.
-Fill forms for commission rebound for unpaid transactions.
Additionally, you need excellent communication skills and very good general computer knowledge and internet navigations.
You will be very often in contact with our team to gather info regarding shipment, product quality or other issues, you need good English silks for that. (no Google translate or just basic English)
Sales are expected in quantity of 15-25 items daily. You will need 30-60 min to handle that.
Also note that you will have to invest a lot of your time for first 2 weeks in order to learn how to technically use our system.
