Hi there,
I am setting up a New Zealand based call center where we handle calls for many different companies. You will be using a computer program and excel to create customer records, lodge complaints, answer questions, create computer files and other things.
You will begin as an operator - you must be fluent in English and have a USA, Brittish, New Zealand, Australian or other english speaking country accent.
This job is casual, just come to work when you are available but a minimum of 5 hours per week is required.
If you show the ability to develop your skills you could move up to a supervisor position of USD$19 an hour, but this is full time.
