Hello!

Thanks for taking a look at my project.

We have a specific customer service position which includes calling customers, making manuals, learning products, and answering tickets:

-Customer onboarding

- Exit Survey

-Account management

-Saving refunds

-Following up on support issues

-Use Camtasia to make user manuals

Training will start at $10/hour. Once you're fully trained, you will receive $12/hr. There will be 20 hours/week once training is complete.

The successful candidate will have a pleasant phone voice, previous support experience (phone and email), a knack for using new programs. If you can use camtasia and have built any user manuals or done work like this that is awesome. If not let me know what you have done that you think will allow you to complete these tasks.

Please only submit your application if you are a native English speaker, have experience in these fields, are not an outsourcing company, and have the ability to provide your experience per the requirements for this job.
