Job Description
We are looking for someone to handle customer service duties in the Internet Marketing (Work from home) niche:
Customer support rep must:
1. Handle Customer’s concerns regarding backorders or late deliveries
2. Resolve cancellations and refund requests by looking up customer orders in our support system.
3. Address customer’s general concerns and questions.
4. Have ability to work email and live chat.
5. Optional: Also looking for a PHONE SUPPORT representative as well.
Contractor requirements
We are looking for a contractor who:
1. Is available Monday through Friday, for approximately 5-8 hours per day.
2. Has worked in a customer service setting or a similar customer-satisfaction job.
3. Speak and write English clearly.
4. Always display polite behavior
5. Has reliable high-speed internet
6. Good team work skills
7. Skype (Must be available throughout the day on skype)
8. Responds to email fast.
