Hi,
We are an online tuition services provider for the UK market concentrating a niche field. We have been in the business since 2009 and is steadily expanding our services. We need a person who could be able to provide customer support for the inquiries through e-mail. The e-mail queries might include new lesson requirements and directing each student to the relevant tutor who works for our firm. To perform in this role, you should have excellent English communication skills and customer management & handling knowledge and the ability to look into complains swiftly. Working hours are flexible as we generally reply to each message within 24 hours and thus, your duty is to get back to each message within 24 hours. However, you should be available seven days a week, but on a flexible timing basis as per your convenience. If interested, kindly respond with your expected monthly remuneration package.
