Craiglist/Classifieds Ad Poster

We are a real estate firm in the Nashville area looking for a Virtual Assistant to post ads to Nashville Craigslist. We are looking for bids per-post, on an on-going basis. Some of these ads are pre-written for easy copy-and-paste. These are basically advertising our services and what we do. These are very quick and easy to post, usually taking about 1 minute and 30 seconds or so to post. The types are: - Buyer ads: these we post in 3 categories of Craigslist one time, and then go back at intervals throughout the day and repeat-post to 1 high-traffic category up to 20 times. - Seller ads: these we post in 5 categories of Craigslist one time, and then go back at intervals throughout the day and repeat-post to 2 high-traffic categories up to 20 times. The rest of the ads are database-driven, meaning the ad copy changes based on current MLS listing inventory, so they take a little bit longer (probably 2 mins 30 secs each). But these ads always use the same fields of information (# beds, # baths, sq ft, price, city/zip, remarks, MLS #). We have a text-only template for this that you just update and post. These are posted to the "Real Estate For Sale By Broker" category. Right now there are 280 three-bedroom listings in one of the suburbs we service, and 337 in the other. So that's a total of 617 possible ads to post (it obviously would take days to complete the whole list) but when you reach the end of the list, you can start again at the beginning and re-post them all.
