COMMISSIONED Email Campaign

Looking for a company to market a very important, essential service to families in the United States only, by email on a commission basis. The service concerns child safety, and security. Every family with children in the US is a prospect. All email lists must be optin lists. Must have a way to opt-out. No spam. You provide and send to the list. Need to be able to send large numbers of emails, and make sure they go to peoples inbox. Email will have a link to a website where they may find all about and signup for the service. This is strictly a commission per sale bases, $40 per sale on a $200 price. Can code the sale to track your sales.
