Articles On Plumbing and more...

I need 120 articles to be written in a specific format. It needs to start with a summary of the article. The summary should be around 100-150 words. After that I need the article to be written as well, this has to be around 350-400 words. The article needs to have 5 keywords minimum and has to be repeated atleast 5 times. If you haven't understood this, I have attached a sample here so that you get a better idea of what I need.
