Article writing and submission for SEO purpose

We need 10 articles about travel insurance to start and submit the articles evenly in a month. We will give you all the topics, the keywords and some information we want the article content to have. Obviously, we need to put links in the page to link back to our site. The article should be about 400-600 words in length and must be informative and easy to read. We are willing to pay $4 for each article and we will own the rights of the articles. Our submission priority would be travel related sites and we need the submission report and approval report for the sites you submitted to. Please do give us a proposal on your submission plan (ie. number of sites you submitted and their categories) If your work is satisfactory, we will continue to use your service for long term service to do the weekly article writing and submission. Payment will be made in 2 phase: 1st payment will be made for article writing when the 10 articles are completed and the 2nd payment will be made for the submission completed and approval report are given to us.
