Bulk upload items and provide descriptions...

I have an online store and i need to upload a few thousand items...It is an OS Commerce site. I have the Bulk upload module but i don't know how to use it and i don't have the time to upload 1 item at a time. I also need a 15-25 word description of each item. My store consists of designer handbags, wallets, ladies shoes and well known designer clothing and sneakers. So i need someone who is familiar with fashion and can display that in the descriptions which is very important to my site.

Now i deal with two suppliers...One for my handbags and the other for my cloths and they each have a website. So after items are uploaded i will need to have them cross referenced from each site to make sure my supplier still has the item(s) in stock. When adding the descriptions you will also add the item number and wholesale price that is on my suppliers sites and then i will adjust the price myself later on.

For my handbags i will provide all the bags in a file for you to upload. From my clothing supplier i will need you to upload the cloths my supplier has from his site. I already have a few hundred items of clothing with different catagories that i will provide but i need you to do the rest. My handbags all come with 1 picture for now but most of my clothing items come with 2-6 pics of each item. A small amount of picture items from my clothing supplier have my suppliers name across the picture so those don't need to be uploaded. I expect at least 2000 or more handbags, wallets and ladies shoes to be uploaded and anywhere from 1500-2500 items of clothing and sneakers to be uploaded.

When you login to my admin all the catagories are already in place you just need to upload to the right ones. So once again the hard work will most likely be in the descriptions but they will be short. Maybe we can workout a per description fee or whole project fee. Identical items with different color can have the same descriptions but all different items need to have their own descriptions.

I will need to see examples of writing style for fashion items before i choose project winner.
