I want it written in away that it will attention from varios search engines. I also want a section done on email hosting and website hosting and designing of website all in this should be about 30 pages of original content written for the website. English and spelling will be vitallly important and all updating to site can be done on site which I will give the password for. Picture also need to be included and all pics must alt text Hyperlink that are in the current site must remain.
