Hello. I have experience in design of formulations for topical administration, specially for non-injured skin. My PhD thesis versed about a formulation to administer acyclovir pro-drug. Pro-drugs, or pro-compounds are those inactive compounds which become hydrolysed by the natural epidermis enzymes to give the active compound.
