Change Search Results to Search Engine Friendly

I'm looking for someone to implement a change on how search results are displayed on a dynamic page. (There is only one page involved, you will come up with the logic of how to make the changes) Currently urls are like this [login to view URL];category-id=31&screen=1 I require results to be changed so that they are displayed in the browser in this manner: [login to view URL] and so on to page 3, 4 etc. Please pm if you wish to see more details of how the existing system works and interested bidders should provide specific examples of other work you have done with paging results.
