Corrections on a vBulletin Template

My vBulletin-Template needs to be redone. There are a couple of things to be aligned: 1. The CSS-Files breake the Tabs in the Users-Profile of the newest vB-Version in Internet-Explorer. Test it out: [[login to view URL]][1]. It works in all browsers exzept of Internet-Explorer. 2. I want the changes in the templates to be "minimized". The goal is to be more stable in the updates. Please put the template-changes in the TMS-System. When not possible (I don´t know if the navigation-bar can be moved like it is with just the TMS) then it should be put back to where it is in the original-files. 3. If you see some other improvements ... I´m open to that. The main page is [[login to view URL]][2] and the forum should keep aligned to that. 4. The User-Online-List on the right is a vBa-Extension. It seems like the template of the extension doesn´t work (you see the white background?). This should be done also. 5. There is an Extension named "Tabbed Forum Home" aviable on vB.org. The direct link is <[login to view URL]>. I want to have this extension in my forum and, if possible, insterted in a way where no php-modification is needet. Well ... I know this may be complicated and it is okay if I have to do some compromises. However ... just give me some su ggestions how you think you can do it. That should be it. I´ve put the maximum-price to 250 Dollars, which is much more than just the template-alignments woudl be.
