Convert .psds into responsive HTML5 templates

We have existing SCSS project structure, and we need to transform 6 designs in .psd into HTML5. We will use from existing design header and footer, that is already finished. Requirements: - MUST make designs responsive - MUST USE Bootstrap (v 3.3.2) responsive grid system - MUST USE SCSS preprocessor - MUST continue in our established structure (see scss files in zip folder) - MUST use for [login to view URL] for icons - MUST pay after work is done. No partial payments during the work. - MUST use XHTML5 tags e.g. <hr /> NOT <hr> - MUST use relevant class names inspired by previous structure We are looking for long term cooperation so we would like to receive one design, review it and if we will be satisfied, we will give rest of designs and agree upon price. We provide as example 1 most complex design, other 5 are less complicated. Project budget is 80 EUR. Max. time is 4 days. Take time to review SCSS file structure and let us know.
