Complete a django project. -- 6

In the use cases attached below, most of the tasks “texts in green” have already been done in the current django 1.3.7 file but you will copy the codes, validate it, fix whatever’s not working right and push it to the new django project which you will create. Basically, below is what we needed done: 1. Create a new django project with our design file using Python 3.5 with Django 1.8, 2. Copy codes from Django 1.3 to the Django 1.8, 3. Validate the new Django 1.8 project to see if things work fine, 4. Complete the project by adding the functionalities below “that are not in green”. Below is the attached use cases of the project to further clarify what exactly needed to be done. Budget is $180CAD - $200CAD
