We require a development studio/team to support : -bug correction -New features development -Database Maintainance adn development ( Microsoft SQL and MySQL ) of many projects built in ASP.NET C# and VB.Net , Old projects are built using WebForms and NewProjects are MVC with a Bootstrap Framework. We require the studio/team to meet 100% of the following requirements: -Time Zone : -5 ,-6,-7 GMT ONLY -Spanish as a native Language ( Our architechts speak spanish ) and good english skills is a must. -Have a good Web Designer ( Proof required ) capable of generating PSD and Mockups before starting a new feature. He must use an Online tool to present the mockups such as [login to view URL] or something similar . This is very important since WebDesign usually becomes project scope. -Have experience using Xamarin for Android and iOS app development. -Comfortable using ASANA for project management -Comfortable using RescueTime Tool for time reporting. -Comfortable using GIT for project versioning. Desirable but not required: -Experience with google maps API and OpenLayers API -Experience with PHP MVC Framework (Zend Framework) Communication is usually held by Skype Chats/Calls /Daily Asana Updates , Remote Desktop Sessions with audio using TeamViewer or Join.me. We are interested in generating at least 50 hours of work monthly , this studio is only an extension of our programming department to fullfil all requests that we cant handle internally. Teams of Two , Three members are welcome as long as all the requirements are met.

At the EOD, we make sure we complete the list of tasks originally agreed. You will then verifies the tasks at the EOD and we again start discussing for next days work.
