Convert PSD Into Safe Email

You must have experience designing emails and email newsletters for deliverability. I would like someone to take the attached PSD and make it into a XHTML compliant email so I can send it out as a newsletter. Things to make sure are included: 1. I prefer that you use HTML tables instead of CSS and . **I don't want to reference any style sheets for this newsletter.** Don't use any defined style sheets within the email either. 2. Use in-line styles (for example on tables, use ) instead of referenced CSS (which is blocked by Google and other email readers) 3. No scripts ** MAKE THE CODING AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE, AND VIEWABLE ON BOTH PCs AND MACS IN ALL BROWSERS CONSISTENT ** Slice all the graphics up so they're individual items. Make all the text into text (not graphics). On the background images, make the table cell a default color of about the same color as the graphic so that if the user decides not to allow graphics to be shown, the table cell still has a colored background. The true test of whether you have done what I'm looking for is this: once the email has been created, send it to yourself at a [login to view URL] email address. Then compare it to the design. Is it almost identical in look...yes? Then it is what I'm looking for! I have much more work in the future, so I'm looking for a great programmer to work long-term with. Good luck.
