CRE Loaded - Update Header HTML/CSS

I am looking for someone very familiar with CRE Loaded / OS Commerce to handle a graphic header change / update on my website. I have a lot of custom work done and I don't want to take a risk dealing with a developer who isn't familiar with CRE Loaded. Here is what I need to have done... 1. I've got a header at the top of my site that I've just redesigned. The redesign is not drastic, I've basically added several new menu items at the very top. Your CSS/HTML coding will involve adding this newly completed graphic and then hard coding my new top menu items. When you bid, I'll be looking for completed projects that have to do with CRE Loaded or OS Commerce. If you don't have a history of working on those sites, I will not select you for my project. Additionally if you don't have excellent feedback and a good history here on Freelancer, then I will likely overlook you. This project is private and may not go into any portfolios or examples on your personal, private or business website. I look forward to receiving your bids... P.S. this is a very small project and should take no more than an HOUR to complete. Therefore my budget will not exceed $30-45 - competitive bids will selected!
