Project is as follow: -We have an offer form that is integrated with our zoho CRM. -When customers trigger the lead form, Leads are created in our Zoho CRM. -Then we need to call those leads: We plan to a cloud based solution like dialfire or callfire. -We would like to integrate dialfire or callfire or a similar software with Zoho CRM so that the leads that are created in the CRM are also created in dialfire or callfire. Then calls start to fire one by one for our agent and when he ends the call we need data back to the CRM. More details in PM. Only bid if you are expert in these.
