Google Chrome is an open source web browser, I need someone who is familiar with the source code and have had experience modding the web browser and compiling it or is willing to learn as quick as possible to mod it. We all know you can bind multiple ip addresses to the network interfaces on Linux systems. We know chrome binds to and uses the default ip address on a system for browsing. We need to be able to pass a a command line flag or chrome option to chrome that binds a different ip address on the interface for chrome to use when web browsing. No we don't want to use proxies, so proxies are not an option . We use Selenium and Chromedriver to open up chrome and our API can pass chrome options to Chromedriver to use with Chrome. We would like this to be developed and working on a Fedora System, Specifically 18 or higher. The flag could be --bind-ip=10.10.10.4.
Typically flags/options already in production are listed here:

So in essence we just want to add to these flags, the ability to have chrome use an ip different than the default ip on the linux network interface.
