Create a framework where Amibroker can take existing and future strategies
and apply submission of orders on several >100 stocks. I need these orders
to be sent to Interactive brokers api and Sterling trader API (not @ the same time)
1. entry orders will be limit or mkt and have trailing and breakeven stops
2. scaling 2nd and 3rd entries as well.
