This is an order-entry and display function. Orders are entered and, once entered, can be displayed/printed in one of four layouts (shown below)

It must be set up using a common cms (such as CMS made simple). The database must be easily exported and backed up. Admin must be easy to navigate. The entire thing must be easy to re-install on a different server without much headache.

There are about 125 fields

Most fields are static text or dropdown fields.

11 fields do have calculations which give results in the displays (ex: ‘line totals’ + ‘shipping’ = ‘subtotal’)

Some fields have calendar entry or image load.

USERS:

Admin= Owner

Dist=Customer/User

There is a Login for Admin to enter the data (set/doesn’t change)

There is a Login for Cust/Dist to view Online Invoice (this login changes with each entry: username=order number / pwd=zip code)

Costs should be able to be a (negative) number

There are Four different formats of display/print:

1) Acknowledgement Note (prints out in 8.5 X 11 format)

2) Invoice (prints out in 8.5 X 11 format)

3) WorkOrder (prints out in 8.5 X 11 format)

4) Dist Online Invoice

This will take about 20 hours to build. Please don't bid unless you are expert in the CMS app that you plan to use.

PLEASE READ: In your bid, let me know which CMS you plan to use.

-----------------

ps... Sorry freelancer.... Your new layout is slow, cumbersome, user-unfriendly and, uh... basically sucks. If it wasn't broken, you shouldn't have tried to fix it. For example, what's that stupid red box that keeps popping up when users are trying to create a project? If I didn't know better, I'd say these are purposeful attempts to annoy people. Good thing you were already well established before you implemented this ridiculous monstrosity. I fear the owners of this site were more lucky than smart.

Just my two cents.
