cad work for auto cad

we need somebody to produce 3 cad files, we have the cad in various formats of something we need affecting slightly.
currently our product exists as a 10" tube size and box underneath in which it sits
we need this now to be 12" so the tube expanded and holes re-sighted
there is one file also that will need to be made wider.
should take the right person only a few hours to complete this work considering we have the original files
