C# Custom Events

Looking at the provided source code having run code analysis over the events I propose the following steps and artefacts to meet your requirements. Changes to the signatures and the creation of the necessary classes to support this. Full documentation related to the changes both within the source files as xml comments to assist with the usage of the events through intellisence. and a separate document detailing the method used and reasoning. Notes these last two items are not essential to the solution and I am happy to drop them if you feel they are not required. They are provided as standard by myself as part of my usual development process for clients.
