Create a C# web service to load latest Twitter posts

We need to be able to pull latest Twitter twitts for a give argument (user), like Madonna, Obama, etc... 1. creating project using VS 2010 (that's what we use, if you use latest Visual Studio, we will need you to convert later to 2010) 2. use the source code from: [login to view URL] (it is written in newer version of VS) 3. the project is c# .NET create [login to view URL] (generic handler) 4. this handler will get a name (like Madonna) and will return json with the last tweet list for the Madona twitts 5. this service can be called for many diff requests (not just Madonna, Obama, etc) and should never be blocked by Tweeter (so should be locally cached up to n minutes) 6. explain what twitter token did you use and how you prevent it from beeing blocked need it done in 3 days
