Convert attached VB Code to C# Class file for my vacation rental property website.
I wrote the attached VB code. It works, but it could be much better. I'm trying to learn C#, so I'm looking for someone to convert it to C# and fix it up a bit. Break it out to separate classes that I can call from my [url removed, login to view] website. I would be passing in CheckIn and CheckOut dates and I want to get pricing info. I'm kind of looking for the book answer. If you could show an example of encapsulation with getter and setter statement that would be great. If that doesn't make sense in this scenerio no problem. Also need an example statement on usage. Thanks!!!

The STANDARD RATE would be considered a regular Sunday - Thursday weekday. All other holiday's, weekends, seasons, etc would be a premium based on the STANDARD RATE. Keep in mind that it would be possible to have up to three PREMIUMS if the rental falls in a SEASON, on a weekend, and on a holiday.
Also, I want to reduce the AVERAGE PRICE/NIGHT as they stay longer number of nights. Starting at [url removed, login to view] for the third night all the way to [url removed, login to view] PREMIUM for anything more than 10 days. If they stay only one night the PREMIUM would be +.65.
