I am looking for a C# Developer Who is able to work on System Development for an Embassy, The Embassy currently has a manual system for tracking customer service and relevant documents without an order, which need much human effort to track customer orders and documents (Traditional File system), they expect an automated system which can track customer service request and their documents easily, and automate notification of customer application status via SMS (short message services) as needed, and generate unique ID for each document as well as unique reference number for customer in the system, which can be used to easily pull out relevant customer data using bar coder reader or manual entry and search process. The system should also support for document archiving feature. • Multilingual System (English / Arabic), must support RTL layout for Arabic • System Form to be integrated to capture information for each service provided for customer by embassy • List document already submitted and still outstanding. • Case miles stones, such as completion of forms, filing, receipt and approval dates. • Ability to view and upload critical documents such as birth certificates, resumes, passport and certificates etc. • View list of customer with filtration by their profession. • View services obtained by a customer • View no of passport renewal by a customer • View list of application of a particular customer • Archive older application of customers • automate application service process and notify application status. Application service has fixed payment, and payment can be made via Swiping machine as well as cash, system should generate Receipt for each service request , and receipt should have bar code support, so in the future using bar code reader officer able to pull our relevant data from the system Furthur Detail and instruction will be provided to awarded developer..
