C# Going through a software and its coding

Hi. I have a tennis torunament programmed in C# with visual studio. I need someone that can explain to me what happens in every single line of the coding, someone who can answer my questions and go through the code with me. Keep in mind the software already has description in comments section for lines of the coding but I need someone to go through the entire coding process with me from start to finish, explain what happens throughout the code, and answer any questions I have. The way I want this to happen is through Skype or any other communication app. I have uploaded a requirements document that explains what the idea and requirement of the software was and I have uploaded the software with comments in the description. I need someone to online guide me through the entire software through a skype session. If ur interested please look at the requirements document, understand what the software is required to do, and go through the software itself to estimate how long this would take compared to how much coding there is and if ur willing to do. Please give a total bid of the entire session. Keep in mind I have myself limited knowledge of C#, since i just started with coding therefore i Need guidance. This software was created by another, and the description of coding was also handled by him. And I need the sessions to start as soon as possible. I have been told its a simple program for advanced and skilled C# programmers.
