Continuous application testing

I need one or more testers that should continuously test the application that is in development.
The application is used to download internet audio streams in various formats and archive them to disk. In fact it does a lot more, but that is the shortest description of it as it gets.
Minimum job requirements:
- following the coders on the Mantis Bug Tracker and testing the software after them
- finding new ways to break the software and report it to Mantis Bug Tracker
- follow the protocol outlined above
For extra points:
- write and maintain complete test plan document
- write automate unit tests (we use NUnit for that)
- be able to access SVN repository and build the application
- examine code and report in-depth problem for the issue at hand
To prove that you are familiar with mantis, with your bid please include LATEST public version available for it.
If you will be accessing the source code, some form of NDA will be required, so please be familiar with it.
I would be most comfortable to start with manual testing for $10/hour, and later move on to deeper testing, it that's ok with you. Also, don't bid over $10 if you won't write something to impress me and attract my attention.
I expect that you'll have to be able to work in few sessions a week (1-3) for hour or two, examining what's new on the tracker, installing the new version, and giving it a spin.
