We need a C (or C++) library written to read and parse AAF and OMF files and also to write AAF and OMF files. OMF stands for Open Media Framework. It's a file format for exchanging projects between different digital audio workstations (like Logic, Digital Performer, Pro Tools, etc.). The library should conform to the OMF type II spec. AAF stands for Advanced Authoring Format. It's similar to OMF.
Here's more info on the OMF type II specification:

The library should load and save OMF and AAF files.
It should provide the following information when loading files (and it should accept this information when saving files):
- number of audio tracks
- filenames of all the audio tracks
- locations (in audio samples) of all the audio tracks
- automation data for volume and pan on all channels
- crossfade information for all the audio tracks
data should be provided as arrays of floats, ints and c strings as appropriate.
IMPORTANT: The library cannot use any other external libraries or frameworks, other than standard C, C++ or C99 libraries.
