Disable Right Click Of An Application

I require a program that will have the ability to disable another program right click function by window handle. basically i will run your file and your file will run [url removed, login to view] after rocketdocket loads your script which will disable [url removed, login to view] right click menu. I want to disable rocketdock right click menu because i do not want anyone to change its functions / settings of my rocketdock. I also need another script written within the application where the script will need its own ini file. the script ini file will contain the following variables

setting_file_location=

setting_file_compare_location=

file_compare_timer=

main_application_location=

main_window_application_handler=

when the script is ran it will do the following

// opens the application [url removed, login to view] located on server

main_application_location=

// capture the window handler to set the hooks to disable right click on the application

main_window_application_handler=

then the script will copy

// copy the application rocketdocket ini located on server to another specific location

setting_file_location= to the setting_file_compare_location=

not only does the script disable the right click function for the app but script is to copy rocketdock [url removed, login to view] file from the setting_file_location= TO THE setting_file_compare_location==

after the file is copy the script will compare the 2 location to make sure no changes have been made. the script will have a timer and the timer value is set in your program script ini file which will use the value file_compare_timer= 60 ( value represents minutes and changable within ini file)

if the files are determine to be different because the ini on the network machine has been updated the program script will copy the new file from setting_file_location= to the setting_file_copy_location= then it will close the [url removed, login to view] application using the kill function within the script. the script needs to use the [url removed, login to view] function to make sure the app has been closed and does not exist so its able to reopen a new instance of [url removed, login to view] from the main_application_location= that was set.

all this information is to be set in the script ini file that you will be creating.
