Decompiling or unlocking of an EA

Hello,
I need the assistance of a programmer to decompile or unlock an EA for me. It is only working with specific brokers on specific account , and I want to use different different brokers and the programer is not interested in providing this and make changes.
The EA uses DLL, and it is probably very well protected. preference will be given to programmers with positive feedback.
