convert custom indicator to EA (expert advisor) - repost

Hi .. I have a custom indicator that gives sell and buy alerts. I want to convert it to EA that convert these alerts into orders as follows " Mostly all orders are buy stop and sell stops , very rarely there are chances to get a market order. @@ when a buy stop signals comes, it should place the buy stop order with the target shown in the signal, and with stoploss as show in the signal. The stoploss should be 5 pips away from the exact stoploss shown the same works for a sell signal As the market moves , the signals keeps changing by the last decimal frequently,so editing orders very frequently will not work out. so the orders must change only if the new signal and the old signal has a difference of 2 pips, if it is given as a customised option , it would be better. depending on these two rules above : @@ the the maximum opened orders at the same time is always only one trade, in one currency pair @@ the difference between the target and stoploss should always be positive , that is , if the stoploss is 10 pips and target is 8 pips, the trade should not get executed, The target pips should always be above the stoploss @@ money management is required and i want a complete built ea, not the one which runs only if the indicator is put on the chart. the EA should work individually you can contact me if any further information is needed .
